Review: We used Velvet Studio as our wedding photographer. They took the pictures at the wedding gave us our prints and picture files. When it came time to make our wedding album which was supposed to be 11"x11" leather bound with a full cover photo on front, we chose the photos we wanted in the album and waited the 12 weeks they said it would take to compile the photos. When 12 weeks was up in November 2013 they said they were running 2 months late and it would be finished in January 2014. January came and went and they said it would be done late February. February came and went and we sent an email stating that at this point we did not trust their intent to complete the wedding album and we suggested a refund. No response by email was made. Many calls were made after the fact as were more emails sent. No calls or emails were returned. Our wedding was in October 2012.Desired Settlement: The contract we made to pay $3200 for their services was not honored. We have already paid in full for the services which were never completed. We estimate $1000 for compilation of our 100 photos into the book and our 11"x 11" green leather bound with full cover photo on front would be an appropriate refund.
