I ordered from this boutique on Feb 7th Their policy is 3-days to process and 7-shipping Well day I heard nothing I payed via paypal so I emailed them there and twice on their website velvetcurves@gmail ...should have known with the gmail email it was low budget None the less they never responded to emails I then disputed via paypal and asked that the company either ship my item in hrs or refund because by then I saw the F rating they had on here Still days go by and finally I see they just refunded me my money If they cant fulfill orders as all the complaints say here then they shouldnt sell

I purchased a few times for my wife and we love it I am glad I made my own decision to follow through and give this business a try

I then disputed via paypal and asked that the company either ship my item in 24 hrs or refund because by then I saw the F rating they had on here. Still 2 days go by and finally I see they just refunded me my money. If they cant fulfill orders as all the complaints say here then they shouldnt sell.
