this *** place should be shut down, trust me stay away. they will screw u so bad. they started quoting prices on things that didn't need to be done on our truck , quoted some 700 dollars to replace a water coolant sensor. wanted to put it in ourselves in their lot, they said get it towed out in which we did, they are the biggest crroks , they are being reported to the irs, better business. ***, they are a disgrace . the farther u stay away from this place the better. so many places around ther are superior.
Freightliner is generally an awesome company and a great manufacturer, however this location is not living up to that reputation. Armstrong Transportation Services (ATS) has a 2015 freightliner sleeper cab semi truck in for service covered under warranty. This shop has requested the units for repair that are in stock at freightliner locations three times. The first two in-house orders for the repair units has yielded two units not applicable to this repair. The third attempt is ongoing. This warranty-covered repair has left ATS minus part of it's business since August 7, 2018. Today is September 10, 2018. This location has been asked to oblige ATS with a loaner sleeper cab semi. They have not given that consolation from one business to another. Hotel costs are accruing in lieu of this dastardly arisen service need.
To whom it may concern:
This customer arrived at our shop on august 8th 2018. We found the engine had major damage and was going to need piston and liners replaced, parts were ordered for warranty repairs but unfortunately they were on national back order and there were no liners available in the country so all we could do at that point is wait for the parts to show up. On 9/6/18 parts showed up but they were miss boxed from the factory and were the wrong ones, so we were still waiting on the correct parts to show up. The customer was updated throughout the repair and were told the reason in the delay in getting the truck repaired was we were waiting on the correct parts. On 9/10/18 the correct parts showed up and we had the truck complete on 9/12/18.
I came to freightliner to fix problems with DEF on my 2011 freightliner cascadia they told me I need to replace my Nox sensor and I said ok replace it and I paid $1456 left with my truck thinking they fix the problem next day less tha 24 hour truck broke down with the same issue and code I took back to them And now they are telling me different story and want me to pay 15,000$ I think this place shop are scam and fake just their to rip off customer. They swear to god they need to get investigated by whom ever give them the license to repair truck. Fellow truck owner please avoid going to this Kinda place Thanks!
They are a Joke had my truck for 2 weeks pick it up drove 300 miles and broke down towed back. 6weeks later they had to rebuilt top of engine there vault $29000 later I lost $40000. Stay away for them
I do not show any record of any repair work that matches this customer's claim at any of our facilities in Arizona. I show record that our Used Truck Dept. sold him a truck in July of 2016 and there was a Body Shop Repair done in July of 2016 but no other record of repairs for this customer. I do not think that this claim is valid and for anything done at our facility/s.
Professional friendly group. Broke down in Phoenix, they checked my truck in for repair at 8:30 pm. The next morning I had my estimate and repairs began that afterwards. They kept me in the loop on repairs and cut the cost on some things as well. Very RV friendly and excellent neat clean repair facility. They deserve more than 5 stars.
