kept her wheel lock to her tires and also stated that she was having a brake issue again. she was told to bring in the car. when the customer brought her car in we inspected the car for brake issues. we noticed that the right side brake hose had gone bad. we showed the customer that she had a bad brake hose on the front right side and we replaced it for $64.92 invoice#XXXXX. It was not the same problem as before thats why we charged her. As for the wheel lock there must have been a misunderstanding between the girl in the front desk and the tech. Velasquez Mufflers is willing to replace the wheel lock of all tires at no cost for the inconvenience,
