Review: Purchased and had deck installed using a product that we were told would not get hot. The product has reached temperature of up to 150 degrees. After speaking to a representative from the company who said they would send someone to look at the product, they requested a 'photo' to make sure it was their product. NO ONE has shown up. Instead I received an e-mail stating this is not covered under warranty. This is NOT a warranty issue, but a case of fraudulent misrepresentation. Their pamphlet clearly states "Vekadeck Pro surface will remain cool and comfortable even in bare feet". We are unable to stand on the deck without burning our feet.Desired Settlement: Install a retractable awning at Veka expense. Or refund of money.
