The receipt was enclosed with the response, like all credit card transactions it takes a few days to post, the customer may want to ask their card carrier how long they typically take. The customer is correct, her vehicle is a 2009 [redacted] and that was what the contract was written for. Receipt is attached again with this response. Please let us know if there is anything else you need.

call me or get back to me regarding your refund of $495.00. We issued the credit on March 22, 2016. Please call your bank and check your records because we are continuing to receive letters and emails over a refund that was issued nearly two months ago. If in fact it was not received by you we would of course like to rectify the situation.

Put money down to hold extended warranty while discussing with significant other. Determined that extended warranty was already purchased with vehicle and called to cancel the redundant extended warranty within 24 hours. Company wanted me to jump through hoops to get my money back. Strongly suggest not doing business with this company.

I put down deposit and paid for one month was told I could cancel at anytime. Well have called 4 times 2day received recording stating cs is busy leave message with phone number and would receive callback. 10:00 pm (after hours ) still waiting!!! Just want to speak to someone to cancel wow 4x

I would like to give this company an A+ for clearing any concerns I had.
I certainly in the future would remain a coustomer. Also I recommend anyone do to the same.

have reviewed your complaint and addressed each of your problems. Policy [redacted] was bought by you on 12/01/2016, cancelled by you on 12/11/2016. You paid a $195.00 down payment to start the policy. The payment plan was never started and the policy was cancelled within the review period. We apologize for the inconvenience, the refund was issued 05/18/2016 for $195.00 reference number [redacted].

After two months of requesting a refund from Vehicle Protection without a response I had no other option but to obtain legal counsel and it was only after my attorney sent a letter and I then made a follow up call begging for the money that was rightfully mine that I was finally reimbursed. This has been a very long and drawn out process. The numerous E-mails that I sent to Vehicle Protection were never responded to. I also made numerous telephone calls to Vehicle Protection requesting reimbursement, asking to please speak to someone in charge and trying to find out when I would be reimbursed . I was never permitted to speak to anyone else and no one was able to tell me when I would be reimbursed. I was even hung up on once by one of your representatives. I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and was told by them that there had not been a response. This issue was handled inappropriately by Vehicle Protection and apparently this is the normal course of business for your company. I could have continued to ignore your E-mails as your company did to me but I am better than that.
