I was registered as a business class student at Rennert International Miami from May to July 2017, and unfortunately I had a health issue that made me go back to Brazil for treatmentI made a deal with the school director to get a refund once I matched the criteria for it I read all the refund policies at the contract and the reimbursement should be made excluding 'the non refundable taxes' after a long period of waiting (more than days) I got a reimbursement totally different of what it should Ive paid US dolars per month of study in a total of months witch ends in a total of US Dolars I stayed for less than a month and I should get back the other months left once I have paid all the fees and taxes separately Im trying to contact the school to understand this wrong refund but they are not giving me the necessary attention, and they're denying to give me the explanation to this process
