Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I only wish they had responded to my multiple emails before I opened this claim. It's said that it takes a claim to get a business to respond.Sincerely, [redacted]

I believe there was an issue with this reply so I am resending:
 
-          Funds were sent to the beneficiary in Pakistan February 23rd however customer did not receive the funds.
-          Veem...

contacted the beneficiary and were told that the beneficiary name provided by the  sender was incorrect and should include a middle name [redacted] “[redacted]” [redacted].
-          Veem issued updated to the name on March 6th.
-          Funds have not reached customer account and are likely sitting with the beneficiary account however the  bank has NOT delivered the funds to the beneficiary or returned them to Veem.
-          Upon request from sender Veem refunded [redacted] on March 27th for the full amount of the payment 782.00 USD and also paid the sender 85.00 USD via Pymt ID (V2) [redacted] – to cover additional fees incurred.
-          Veem is currently at a loss for the  funds since they have not been returned from  the  beneficiary bank despite requests.
