[redacted] received a copy of her terms and conditions at that time. Since then, she has received monthly charges for the program on her Vectren Energy bill. We found no evidence that the enrollment was not valid, as we believe Ms. [redacted] has sufficient notice of her enrollment and the program. We offered to play back the call in which the enrollment took place, Ms. [redacted] declined. At Ms. [redacted] request, the coverage was cancelled as of April 7th, 2017. As a good will gesture and not an admission of fault, [redacted] agreed to zero out the account balance; we will also be sending the Ms. [redacted] a check in the amount of $141.00 Ms. [redacted] and [redacted] considers this matter resolved. Sincerely, [redacted]
