company would not refund me my money since it already processed
early morning on 3/7/2020 I was sent a email stating that my renewal was in process. I tried calling the company on Saturday day to cancel but since it was a weekend there was no answer. I called this morning on 3/9/2020 to dispute the charge and was told if it already processes they do not give refunds and you have to call the day prior to cancel before hand. I find that policy to be unfair if they do not warn you about the charge given its yearly. I am now out a couple hundred dollars for a program that I do not need anymore.
I am just seeking a simple refund to resolve this.
