Just wanted to share a great experience I've had with Vayser Arms.
I placed an order for a custom built Glock 26 . Prior to placing an order, few emails and phone calls were exchanged. Response was almost instantaneous , which is rare for this type of business. Received the firearm a couple of weeks sooner than was promised and couldn't be happier. It is better than advertised. Will most definitely continue to do business with these guys. Excellent experience.

Review: I purchased a custom handgun and was allowed to place item on a layaway basis. I paid last payment in September of this year, legally transferred the pistol to New Jersey. I received the pistol, and was assured I would receive a lock, and a detailed listing of all the custom work done on the pistol and a proper sales receipt. I have not received any of the listed items, and when I emailed a request to owner, [redacted], I received back a curt email stating I was not appreciative of his price or he allowing me to pay over time.I am only asking for what should have been sent with the purchased pistol, after promising to send the items, after 3+ weeks, I have received nothing. I am only asking to be treated fair, as a paying customer. Sincerely; [redacted]Desired Settlement: I am only asking for a letter, on his business letter head, listing all custom work done, a pistol lock, and a receipt for price paid, also on the business letter head, nothing more.

Review: I order two rifle receivers from this company almost a year ago. The company initially told me there could be about an eight week delay, but then kept informing me that the order was delayed when I contacted them. This went on until right after Christmas when I asked that the order be cancelled if there were no definite date of delivery. I received no response to this request. In January I asked that the order be cancelled and my credit card be credited. I received no response. I have made several calls as well, but I am never able to reach a person.Desired Settlement: I would Like to take immediate delivery of the items I ordered or receive a credit on my card.
