I received an item I purchased from this companyI decided the item wasn't right for me, so I inquired through their email about their return policyAfter going back and forth a couple times because they wanted to know what I didn't like about it, she referred and sent me the link to their return policy page which gave an address and very specific instructions to return the itemI followed the instructions to the letter and sent it back with tracking so I could be assured they received it backIn checking my tracking number to make sure they received it when it was supposed to arrive, I found out the item was being returned to me because the business was unknown at that addressI then discovered that their was a suite number that was on the "contact" page of their website, but it wasn't included in the address for returnsI sent them another email only to get no responseIf you call their phone number, they do not answer their phones, you have to leave a message
