On June 20th Vaughn Lawn Care was mowing my neighbors lawnWhile mowing around a tree they kicked up a rock that shattered by porch door windowI noticed the shattered window after they left and called the owner, ***He stated he had been in an accident and couldn't come to inspect the windowHe told me he has *** glass do his repairs so I said I would take it there and would give his crew the billI also texted him a picture of the window and the rockThe following Tuesday his crew came by and inspected the window and saw where the rock came from under my neighbor's treeThey apologized for it happening and we agreed accidents do happen, they were very cordial and apologeticI was finally able to get the glass replaced on July 6th and gave the crew a copy of the bill on July 11thIn mid August I asked the crew if *** was going to reimburse meThey called him and they said he forgot and asked for another copy of the billTo date I have still not been reimbursed for
