Vasquez Landscaping

V*** Landscaping was hired to cut the grass of a senior citizen. Chris V was paid ahead of time. At various points, the work was either not done or done poorly - always with some excuses. He was let go, and asked I for a refund of the balance. When I asked when the refund was coming, V said in an email "By next week, I’ll leave an envelope in the mailbox." That was weeks ago and still no money.
