Vapor Viper was the best with customer service when Rick l*** was the ownerHe has since sold the business to a man by the name of Josh about years agoRick was always very prompt with calling you if he was going to be running late or unable to make it if he scheduled an appointment with youJosh will not return phone calls, him & his wife will schedule appointments with you and never showHe'll call you later that evening (maybe) and give you some excuse as to why he couldn't come and schedule another appointment and if he shows up at the second appointment he does do a good job when he arrives
I hate to complain like this as its definitely NOT my style but I feel everyone should know what to expect
