The customer came into our establishment to purchase the iTaste VV Kit, we asked the customer if he needed help setting it up and he said NO I already have one of these and know how to use itHe open the product up in the store and used it to test some juice flavors and the product was working perfectHe left our store and came back in about minutes later and said he didn't like it and wanted his money backI inquired if there was something wrong with the product and he said NO it works just fine, I just don't want itI informed him we only do refunds on product that has a manufacturer defect and would be unable to return the productOur return policy is day on all batteries that have a manufacturer defect and is at the manager on duties discretionHe called more times during the day saying he never used to product, then he only used it with a taster tip on it, then that he has going to call someone on usThis model has a puff counter that clearly shows its usage We simply can not do refund because of buyers remorseOur return policy is on the bottom of receipt

perfect. He left our store and came back in about 10 minutes later and said he didn't like it and wanted his money back. I inquired if there was something wrong with the product and he said NO it works just fine, I just don't want it. I informed him we only do refunds on product that has a manufacturer defect and would be unable to return the product. Our return policy is 30 day on all batteries that have a manufacturer defect and is at the manager on duties discretion. He called 3 more times during the day saying he never used to product, then he only used it with a taster tip on it, then that he has going to call someone on us. This model has a puff counter that clearly shows its usage.  We simply can not do refund because of buyers remorse. Our return policy is on the bottom of receipt.
