Need a part? Good luck. The only customer service number I could find will not call me back. The pots are nice, but the handles deteriorate, and I cannot seem to find replacements. Therefore the pots are now good for dog water bowls.

The pots are great with exception to the fact they have some type of plastic/rubber handles which become brittle from heat and break. This can be dangerous if handles are not replaced at first sign of cracking/wear. I would love this pots a lot more if the handles were made of metal that did not get hot. I have owned this set for several years (~4 years) and have replaced the handles once and am in need of replacing them again. For this reason only I probably won't purchase others as gifts etc.
