Review: On March 27, 2015, I made a purchase from Vapin in the Valley, located in [redacted], VA. The total order was as follows:(2) [redacted] batteries: $160.00(2) Kanger Protank 2 Tanks: $43.70(4) e-liquid: $23.96 Virginia Tax: $11.99 Total Bill: $239.65The [redacted] is abundantly found both online and in brick and mortar shops for between $29.99 to $37.49. I was charged $80.00 each for a total of $160.00 ($92.52 overcharge for IStick). In addition, the Kanger Protank 2 market value is between $12.49 and $17.85 ($13.36 overcharge). The total overcharge over market value is $105.88. After realizing the discrepancy, I called the [redacted] son ([redacted]) and agreed to a settlement. Upon returning to the shop, the [redacted] daughter did not honor the agreement and ask for me to return after she talked to [redacted]. I returned for a third time and was offered less than the agreed upon settlement. At that point, I simple wanted to return the items since we couldn't agree on a settlement. I overheard the [redacted] (employee in [redacted] store) tell the [redacted], "He called us out." This statement projects that the overcharged sale was deliberate. Furthermore, on my last visit to the store, I talked to the [redacted] who stated, "Nobody forced you to come into my store and buy anything." As stated by the police officer I talked to, "That is bad business." This activity is not welcomed in the small, low-income town of [redacted]. I am a retired 20-year veteran and cannot afford to be swindled by bad business practices.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my total purchase of $239.65.

Response:
Revdex.com spoke with the business. The customer did purchase items from their store. he came back and attempted to return them. This store has a no refund policy. If the items had been defective they would have worked with the customer but they can't return a product because a customer changes his mind.
