This issued was addressed back in OctoberCustomer *** ***, purchased a *** * she stated was defective. She sent a video where she shows us, her turning on the vaporizer, placing the product in it. The *** * did turn off during her video. Since the product
is defective, we referred her to *** * (Manufacturer) and gave her an invoice as per our manufacturer warranty protocolWe did explain to Mrs*** that all of our customers have a full warranty with *** * because we are an authorized retailer and they would be more than happy to further assist her with her warranty claim. She got upset at that point because she did not want to deal with the manufacturer and demanded a full refund. We did notify her all sales are final(if used), as stated in our terms and conditions at the time of check out, but there is that full warrantyShe was very upset about that and became aggressive via email and over the phone.
