We appreciate the response; however, it is not acceptable. We NEVER used a chemical in our steamer! We ONLY used distilled water and NOTHING else in the tank! Again, we can provide the receipt for our distiller to show that we have a large one with a gallon holding tank.
Why would we put a chemical in our steamer or even use tap water when we have a distiller on hand? This seems like a very convenient way to void the warranty. We do appreciate that a portion of the shipping for the machine was covered by the company; however, this was after they returned it to us (and we paid $in shipping charges) in unworking condition! It is still not working and after this happening so many times, why is it not possible to exchange the machine for a new one like we asked in our last conversation with the company? How can we afford to keep sending the machine in for the same issue only to have to pay shipping charges over and over? Considering it continues to malfunction, why would you all not consider replacing it? It is impossible for a customer to afford to ship this in repeatedly and also impossible for us to prove that we did not use a chemical. It leaves us, as the customer, with no recourse. Thank you,***
