I am responding to a complaint that was filed with the Revdex.com on 9/10/,ID# Customer complaints that we receive are taken very seriously at Vantine Imaging, and either our Customer Service Department, or Management Team are required to investigate, follow up, and use the opportunity to train individuals that are responsible.As soon as I was made aware of this particular situation all of the email communications were reviewedI followed up with a telephone call to the individual, who had written us a letter expressing his concernsBy the end of our conversation both of us came to an understanding, and our services towards this account will continueI assured him that his organization will receive the best possible service, and our company will deliver a quality product.As I write this we are in the process of implementing a performance improvement plan for our employee, so we do not have a similar situation in the futureIn addition I will follow up with this individual to make sure that our team has exceeded his expectationsOur goal is to establish a long term relationship with this account, and turn this into a positive experience.Sincerely,David W [redacted]
