Review: I applied with Vantage Point Bank to refinance and the man led me on since April 2013 in regards to getting REFINANACED and then suggested a VA Loan which the score had to be 619 and mine was 628. In a couple of conversations he told me to hold off on the Mortgage Payment which I did and ended up 2031.00 instead on 1938.00 which is very hard since I make 3200.00 a month. My payment has risen 1956.93 a month plus a late fee of 74.06 which is 2031.01. Listening to him I am now behind in my other bills not counting the extra money that I had to pay for being late with the Mortgage Company. When I spoke to him and they still had not come with a closing date so my points have decreased and if they stated that every 90 days till closing I would have to pay for another termite inspection. He stated that it is only good 90 days, also I was orginally locked in with a 3.25 interest rate and he states the rate has risen, since I listened to him I am in worse shape than beforeDesired Settlement: That the Refinance goes forward with the same agreements as before 3.25 and I can try and repai the damage done.
