On 12/07/at approximately 1;pm assistant manager had a dog sniff through my belongingsWhen I called and asked them why they had a dog in my room the manager stated "we have a Kto go through the rooms checking for pest." They never told me they was going to have a dog come through my roomI told the manager that I was going to call corporate about the situation he stated "if you are going to call corporate we can't do business no more and I will have to leave the hotel"I informed him that I was at work and will return to the hotel around pmWhen I arrived to the room my keys would not work to get in the roomI went to the office and asked the clerk "is there a reason my key not working and I told her my room number"The clerk stated "oh yes the manager said give you a refund on your card"I stated a refund for what, I never asked for a refund cause I didn't do anything wrongI told the clerk since you got me locked out I'm going to call the policeThe sheriff arrived at the scene about pmThe manager finally got to the hotel and the sheriff talked to himAll together the manager admitted having a dog in the roomManager came to my room and told me come to the office so you can get a refundI stated I'm not coming to get a refund and what you need to do is put me out because I told you I will contact corporateThe manager would not stop telling me that he will give me a refund for the whole week and let me stay until the original date to leaveHe kept on telling the sheriff not to leave he wanted me to get my money and he wanted me to leaveBasically I was pushed to get a refund backThis is bad business They bring dogs through your room when you not there sniffing your belongingsThey never stated that they bring dogs through your room and they never gave me for warnings about bringing a dog through the room searching for pestBasically I'm getting kicked out cause I told manager I'm going to report him to corporate
