In response to complaint #11896769 The tenant at [redacted] rented one of our units that we manage and is in a property that has a Home Associate. The tenant received numerous warning in regards to violation and also received copies of these warning. We have no control over rules and...

regulations of the Home Association.  After several warnings, the tenant was than charged violation fees. Again, we have no control over this and the tenant was warned she would incur fees if the problem weren’t taken care of. And then she was charged for a window that was broken, again, we only manage the property and per the owner of the property she was charged for the repairs. Neither situation was in our control. The Home Association has rules and regulation that all tenants have to follow, and the tenant was aware of this when she moved in.  And it is up to the owner for the charge of the window. So this complaint against us is not a true complaint against our company.
