Van's Locksmith

I locked my keys in my car last week. Mr. T* was wonderful! He went way way above and beyond the call of duty. He spent hours trying to get my keys out. I was super stressed and upset that day. I know that any other locksmith would have given up but Mr. T* knew how upset I was. He actually was able to get my keys out of my car for me with zero damage done to my windows or the window seals. I will keep his business card and have given his information to my friends. I drive a [redacted] and those of you who own one know how difficult they are and how different they are from other cars.

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the company and he stated that he did call the consumer's son but he did not go do the work. He stated that he does not have any invoices and he has his consumers sign an invoice before he performs any work.

Review: This company is a sub contractor of [redacted])I was to be called from the tech when he got there and never was every time that I have called to talk to someone I was transferred and transferred and transferred and transferred. I was told that I could pay this with my card when the tech called me which never happened cause he never called. I did talk with some It Supervisor who called my son something other than his name. Now instead of me going to ring this guy's neck I am doing this complaint so I would like it if I can get some help on this matter if not then I will go ring this guy's neck that called my son out of his name. The price was not the issue the bad customer service that I have received from both companies was so bad I don't know how they are still in business.Desired Settlement: for the bad customer service that I got I would like a full refund
