We did replace the roof for [redacted], but the problems that she has experienced were not a result of the installation but rather, we believe may have been vandalism, or someone else on her roof.

had sliced the roof in several places.In 2013 the roof was again needed additional work because someone or something damaged the roof.  We installed new termination bar along the walls See attached pictures where someone or something damaged the original.
We recently went out yesterday... January 14 to see what the problem was  Her gutters were backed up with ice.  Our QC broke ice loose and she was not charged for our trip out to her home.
