Vanity Blowout and Makeup bar

I had an appointment with this business and I have been a continuous client every couple months or soI have never felt so ripped off with a salonI came in at approximately at minutes to and came out at 5:The manager herself provided me with a haircut but never washed my hair nor provided me with a massage.The manager herself sat me down only spoke few words and never took her time, I explained that she can take her time but just acted upon more quickly and was not happy at allI has to ask for water for I was parched and several other customers received offer of beverageI was deeply in shock and was confusedI paid about over dollars for these awful and quick servicesI did not deserve what happened to me at this businessI've already reached out through email but no response
