company gave a writen contract and ask for a depost of 408.00 which payed him through my debit card in good fate so he could buy all products for counter tops to complete job but never bought anything and ran off with my payment .he has 3-4 phone number which I try many time to reach which I get a answering service which tells me he not availible to please try calling later but get the same mesage over and over.so email him two times and email me back twice tells me that he refunded my money back but check with my bank twice but it has never been return.second email he said he would look into it but have not heard anything in a few days.I have try many time sense then to reach him but no luck.i've email many times and ask him to just refund my payment but he won't answer.i've run out of option.i've even call the police but they say I have to take him to court.I have know idea where is at this time.he two address one on his copy he gave and I found on ***.both were a bandit houses.so it look like he a complete fraud.
