The original creditor sent me a statement (Verification) of an alleged debt, but it does not dismiss the fact Vanguard Financial does not have any documentation to support the alleged debt. The Debt Validation letter was mailed to the credit bureaus to dispute the validity of the reported debt and the fact there is NO [redacted] RELEASE allowing Vanguard financial to pursue the alleged debt.
