requirements for renting an apartment. She was also informed that she could reach out to the provided number on her adverse action letter to find out why she was denied. No one in our office is able to see her credit/qualification report, so we would not have been able to inform her that it was due to her credit score that she was declined. She contacted the agency to contest the decision. She insisted that it was due to identity theft that her credit was affected. Her intentions were to have the decision overridden/approved. This back and forth went on for about two weeks. Finally, Mrs. [redacted] came into our office and informed us that she decided to rent at a different community. From there she came in daily requesting her $200 administrative fee refund, and daily we reminded her that a check would be cut and mailed to the address she supplied us.
