Vanguard College of Cosmetology, A Paul Mitchell partner School

Review: I went to Paul Mitchell's school to receive high-lights and a hair cut. The instructor took over the students job and didn't do as I had requested. After I had been there exceedingly too long,(over five hours) he was in a rush to close the doors and cut my hair too short. He ruined my hair and had to pay for the chemicals that DESTROYED my hair and the ones they used to try to fix THEIR mistake. My hair is fried, not the color I asked for. My entire head is white blonde instead of just the platinum highlights. They over charged me for a total of 121.50. I was very displeased. He continued to reassure me my hair would still be dirty blonde but now it's white. My hair is falling out more and more every day. Pieces are just breaking off the more that I brush it.Desired Settlement: Refund and replacement. I would like a full refund of my payment(121.50) that they made me pay or said they would sue for nonpayment. I would also like another (200.00) that I will have to pay to get my hair fixed which includes products that I have to buy to fix the breakage of my hair to keep from further humiliation. Thank you.
