On 2/17/16, our sales manager spoke to the customer about the vehicle and the situationThe customer did have an issue with the vehicle starting shortly after purchasingHe called up to the store and asked what we could do help himWe
informed him that we would be happy to look at the vehicle and see what we could do to help, unfortunately he lives hours away and couldn't bring it to Akron, so we told him that he could take it to a local garage and see what the issue was and we would go from thereHe is a tech at a garage, but couldn't get it in his shop for a couple weeks, so he took it to the Chrysler garage in the area and they found an aftermarket remote start that they thought was the issueAfter that repair, the vehicle was fine for a week or so, but then began another no start issueWhen he called after that point, we reminded him that the vehicle was as is, but we still would try and diagnose the issue, but the vehicle would need to be brought hereAs of the conversation on 2/17, John said he had found a starter wire that was loose and after tightening it down, the vehicle was running fineAt that point, our sales manager gave the customer his personal cell phone number and let him know that if he has any issues in the next week or so to give him a call and he would try and help alleviate any concernsThe customer said the vehicle is running fine now
