I've reviewed the dispute that I have received in regards to poor serviceFirst of all I would like to apologize for the mishap with customers serviceI originally had service set up and had to reschedule due to family illnessNot long after I have turned my scheduling over to my accountant and somehow the 2nd service was not rescheduled properlyI did talk to my accountant and looks like for whatever reason she had the 2nd treatment being completedI would do anything in my power to resolve this issue by either returning for 2nd visit or refunding Customer for 2nd visitI do apologize again for mishap and would like to make this rite.thanks [redacted] van's pest control
