I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I am ok to close it, however I find it that business is not working in accordance to law, my point was that I should not have to write multiple times even about the interest calculation although it a negligible amount, they should take in consideration even without customer asking for itMay be I need to open a separate complain for that?
