Van De Wal Coating

A neighbor had his driveway replaced and the company he used left a heavy residue mess all over our roads and driveways on our street. When my driveway was pressure washed by that company to clean up the clay and debris, of dense patches showed where Van De Wall had just recently had resurfaced my driveway . My neighbor said he would pay for reseal of area .I wasn't asking for the complete driveway to be redone, just the certain areas. Weeks went by and I hadnt heard anything so I called Van De Wal He had gone by while I wasn't home and HE ( Van De Wal) determined and told with my neighbor that it didn't need to be done and since he didn't cause the damage he wasn't going to do anything . What happened to customer service ?!I
