Van Boxel Discount Building Supply

I purchase kitchen cabinets from Vanboxel, I was told that these were custom cabinets. When I first when to their place in Chardon I was looking for flooring but during conversation with the girl there she said that in a week that they would be selling custom cabinets. I went back a week later found some cabinets that I liked. They said I would receive them in 3-4 business days. I didn't receive them right away due to the Covid-19 virus. When they finally brought me my cabinets on May 2nd,2020 I opened one of the boxes to find the wrong idem, secondly they never once disclosed that my custom cabinets would not come assembled they were all in boxes and they expected me to put them together. I called them and told them that this was unacceptable and that they needed to come put them together . The owner said I can send you a video o how to put them together yourself. I said no you need to come and put them together. They sent someone out on Monday May 11th, 2020 when they started to put them together they found pieces missing, damaged cabinet, wrong doors, etc... I then called *** VanBoxel told him that he need to come pick up his cabinets. During this whole ordeal I have 5 different receipt and none of them have the right amount that I payed since their kitchen design girl entered wrong information into their computer and now they expect me to figure out the correct amount they own me . My flooring cost me $1,575.29 I'm good with that. That's the correct amount for the flooring. As for the kitchen the first price on one invoice says $2,121.28 that was not the right price because the girl made a mistake on the cabinet sizes and I had them re do the sizes to the correct size of my original kitchen like I stated when I had her come out to my home.I have another invoice with a price for the kitchen $3,089.07 that's tax included. that invoice was dated 3/13/2020 . IO have another invoice with the cabinets that were sent to my home on May 2nd,2020 that price is 2,972.03 tax not included .
