We were satisfied with the installation. The concrete is now seen its second winter and it is flaking, large areas of flaking. I called and they came to look. First mention is of using rock salt. When they did look they came up with more stories and said there is nothing they can do. He said I could put sealer on it to stop it from getting worse. It clearly a case of flaking. This means the mixture of concrete was not done right. Too much water or they did not mix it properly. I would have thought they would redo the places that are really flaking. I would not recommend this company
