Vamoose Bus

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Vamoose Bus regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [YoVamoose did not resolve the complaint in a satisfactory manner I asked to be reimbursed for the [redacted] trip I had to take in order to get to my rehearsal on time in NYC when the bus broke downVamoose did not reimburse meThey also took away the free trips they had offered to make up for the bus breakdown when I complainedThey put $in my credit card which is a lot less than the free tripsThis is terrible customer serviceI am totally dissatisfied with this company's way of doing business In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

to my rehearsal on time in NYC when the bus broke down. Vamoose did not reimburse me. They also took away the 2 free trips they had offered to make up for the bus breakdown when I complained. They put $40 in my credit card which is a lot less than the 2 free trips. This is terrible customer service. I am totally dissatisfied with this company's way of doing business.
