Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I visited a Valvoline a few weeks ago to get an oil change. It was my 1st time ever using this company. The 1st thing that I did not like is they don't tell you how much everything will cost. I know now, if I ever go there in the future, to ask them the total cost of my oil change. I was thinking it would only be about $40. It ended up being about $70.

My main issue is that as soon as I pulled out of there, I heard a strange noise coming from the back of my car. I didn't know what it was. I was on my way to work, which is not far from there. When I parked, I noticed a bolt or something similar in my tire. I called them right away and asked to speak to the manager. I do not recall the name of the gentlemen I spoke with, but he basically told me that there is nothing he could do.
It definitely came from their parking lot. I feel they should have paid for me to get a new tire.
The bolt was in a spot where it was unable to be repaired, so I had to get a whole new tire.
So not only did I just pay the $70 for an oil change, which is a lot to me, I had to turn around and pay about $130 for a new tire.
I do not have that kind of money to even pay an oil change that expensive. But the guys there seemed knowledgeable and were friendly, so I didn't complain about the cost of the oil change. I just would have expected more assistance with my tire issue.
