Went for oil change. They didn't replace gasket right. Oil leaked out on my skid plate. They took off plate said they replace. They never called.
Took my car in over 90 days ago for oil change. They said they didn't have my filter after draining oil out. Put new oil in with my same old filter and was supposed to call me once filter was in. 5 days later I realized all my oil had drained out and damaged my skid plate. Took the car back and the regional manager said the mechanic didn't tighten the gasket enough. The manager took my skid plate off and said my car was good to drive until the new skid plate he ordered comes in. Drive the car on the freeway 2 days later and there is something rubbing under my car making a loud noise. I pulled over and it is my back skid plate, flapping, and hanging off. I take it back and they say that all the screws were not replaced right. They still didn't have my filter either. My husband and I called and stopped by for an update about the skid plate and the manager said that they are waiting for an approval from corporate. I have not heard anything from them since.
I want my skid plate that they took off because they damaged, replaced. My car doesn't even have 20,000 miles on it, and I only had it since July 2019. I am not even asking for compensation for the pain and suffering considering that I am a teacher in Shelby County and they put a halt on my transportation plus took a considerable amount of my time. All I am asking for is the replacement, by the dealership, of what they damaged and to pay for my oil change that I received from the *** dealership.

Went in for a simple oil change. My car's skid plate under the car was not secured after and it was dragging and almost fell off on interstate.
Went in for an oil change. To do change the oil filter, they had to take off the skid plate under my engine. After the oil change was completed, I proceeded home and when I got on the interstate, I heard an awful grinding metal noise. I pulled over on the interstate thinking one of my tires had blown out, but noticed under my car that the metal and plastic skid plate was hanging on the ground, scraping it. Since I was on the interstate, I had to drive to the nearest exit, then return to the Valvoline. I told an employee about what happened and they said pull into the bay. They told me they were "going to put in a screw" and then later said that I need to "get this fixed asap". They did not want to fix the issue. I left, since I thought the skid plate wasn't hanging anymore. When I pulled over in a parking lot to check before I headed home, I noticed it was still hanging. I then went to the *** to see if they could fix something, and how much a replacement would be. They were able to zip tie the skid plate up so it wasn't dragging. They told me to replace the skid plate that I would have to most likely go to a dealer, because that's where they would get the part from.
Later that day, I called their corporate phone number and spoke to someone and told them all that happened. They said the would "forward it to upper management" and that I would hear from someone the next day. I did not hear from anyone that day, so I called the corporate number back and asked what was going on. They said that the shop stated the skid plate was already "hanging low" when I got into the oil change place. No one informed me, even if it actually was hanging, it definitely didn't scrape. I drive on the interstate for 1 hour everyday. They said they put it on the work summary, but it was not on my copy. I told the lady on the phone that it was not resolved, and that I still wanted the part replaced. She told me that I should get a call the following day since I called in the evening that day. The next day (today, 7/12/18) and still no phone call....
Replace the skid plate and any other parts that were broken or damaged due to no one securing my skid plate after my oil change.
we tried to call *** many time and he never did return the calls back, we told him to bring the car by so we can look at it again ,the skid plate was damage before we did the services on the car, I forgot to note it on the invoice , the skid plate was missing a lot of bolts on the bottom of it and the plastic on the bottom of the car was broken before service
on 04-12-18 transmission fluid changed.
next day discovered that using non-honda
transmission fluid can damage engine. Felt
sales rep deceptive.
went in for oil change and told that transmission fluid was low and needed changing. next day looked in owners manual and found out using non-honda
product can cause engine damage. sales rep too busy trying to up sell and didn't bother to inform me of potential damage from using a non-honda product.
refund.
