I ordered a product online (Puralube Ophthalmic Ointment) on March **, The payment went through on my checking account (via check card) on 3/**/for Nearly a month later, I had not received my productI went to the *** website to review my order and it said “Pending”I called them 4/*/16, 11:01am and spoke to Shamima, she told me the Product was discontinued and the order will be canceled and should auto refundShe told me if it doesn’t, to call back and speak to shipping department, they deal with online ordering The next week I emailed them through their website about my order not being refundedWeeks had passed and still no refund and I called back on May ***, and spoke to DennisHe told me his Supervisor would call me back that afternoon, which he never didSince then I have called and left voicemails and have not received a responseIt is May *** and it has been over two months and I have not received any refund or productWhat company charges a customer when they don’t even have the product? This company is shady and unprofessionalThey are also expensiveThe only reason I ordered through them was because they were the only ones that listed that they had this product in stock

It is a NY State Pharmacy Law that requires a prescription for all drug purchases, we cannot dispense medication without prescription.We do not charge your credit card unless the order is ready to ship.Please check with your credit card company if the charge was made by us, and send us proof.We will...
