Value Windows & Doors

This entity is the manufacturer of doors installed in my house. The doors are defective. When it rains water leaks into the house. They were notified 2 years ago. A small fix was done to the door last October. They continue to leak as detailed in a log and text messages with dates which coincide with storms. I was notified of a fix months ago. they were scheduled to install July 13 as per my conversation with operations manager on June 18. Today they are a no show and are ignoring texts and phone calls.
