I had four companies come out to inspect my home before I purchased it and Value Dry was the last company to meet with meThey say save the best for last and we sure didDan K***, one of their inspectors met with me and my wifeHe was very genuine, honest, professional, and enthusiasticHe was eager to help me in this process even though it was a lot of work for him personallyOut of the four he companies his plan and price was comparatively the best overall and was also able to work around my scheduling to make it very convenient for us so that when we moved in the work was already completedIf I had to do it all over again I would definitely choose Value Dry every timeThanks again Dan!

We hired these guys for a big job at our home The company is local, allows financing, gives accurate quotes and prompt service Furthermore, the finished product was quality work At my home, they had to redo the walls and the concrete after the mold removal to install a French drain Finally, they clean up after themselves It is awesome to enter a clean home that had so much reconstruction required

The outlet which supplied power to the pump failed.  We do not warranty the electric in her house and therefore this is not covered.  We made no such promise to pump out the crawlspace, the pump was functional and would remove the water once power was restored.  She was viciously rude...

to our staff who did their best to help out but we aren't electricians.  To put this woman in perspective, when we were doing the work originally in 2012 she told us to use a generator because "how dare we use her electricity".  I think this should shed some light on the situation here.
