Review: Product was purchased 10/**/2015, paid by credit card, but never shipped. At time of purchase we were advised to allow two weeks to receive product. Today is 11/*/2015 and we do not have our Order. We have made several calls to the company and left messages requesting return call regarding the Order. We have sent emails and complaints through the Valplast website and have not received a return call or email from the company.

I've called dozens & until l used a different # he never returned calls. When I finally got thru to him he said they had sent a check. HE WOULD CHECK IT OUT & CALL NEXT DAY.
