Valpave Construction

I contracted with Valpave to install a new driveway.
They removed the old driveway, but never came back to my property to complete the project.
I gave him 55% down payment.

We paid this company $6900.00, to do the job they never applied for a permit so while Danny was laying down the stone the town came and fined us for having no permits. we had to stop the job until we applied for the permit which I the home owner did now a few month later we have the permits and Danny will not answer our calls or text messages which we see he has read also we send him messages on here and we see he id online. Do not use this company Danny took our money got us fined by the town of pipersville. I attached the proof of the $1,000 fine we had to pay and a screen shot of text communication with danny showing his phone number to his business which is *** .. I will not stop until I get the job finished or a refund for the work that wasnt completed

Driveway was laid unevenly and having elevated ridges along the outer edges of the driveway. The asphalt does not slop away from the foundation of the home, as verbally discussed and as written in the contract. As a result, it has created a "sunken area" measuring approximately 12'x 17' near an entrance door, causing pooling of water after rainstorms and unable to drain off of the driveway surface.

The work area surrounding the driveway was left with an accumulation of rocks, clumps of asphalt, wood and large indentations in the grass from tires. During the rolling of the asphalt, a stone wall became displaced.
