I’m trying to put a class action law suit together they scammed me as well.
The second one, Casa de Juana, accepted it but will only accept the ones in the mail.
I do not live in Gilbert, Tempe or Chandler. Therefore, I only receive the coupons by mail for my immediate area. I have been printing the coupons on line for a long time and was never questioned. Apparently, the restaurants are receiving fake coupons and do not wish to be scammed. I completely understand and appreciate if they accept it once and not again. My request is that you discontinue allowing on line coupons since the restaurants are not accepting them. Thank you.

Review: I have signed a contract with Valpak. Before I confirmed with the sales person I told him if I want second month I will need new picture on my ad. He said yes. And I did not satisfy their service. And I did not want next month printed. So they printed first print for the month of October of 2014. For November I did not want it, for November, as I told if I wanted I would have them print with new pictures which the sales rep had agreed. The sales rep contacted me for the invoice of December. I told him I don't want anything for December, and he told me even though I dont want for December, I still have to pay the balance for November. Because they printed and held. I don't have any written reminders for the month of November. I know I signed the contract, but who gave them the authority to print for 2 months? Did I want them print for the second month? If they did, did they ask me my new website picture? Did they send the prints to the assigned areas? If so, who gave them authority? If they did on their own will, why do I have to be charged? I would love to charge my customer for two sinks and give them one? Does Revdex.com think this is fair business? And other day I received a collection letter stating if I don't contact them by February 6th, I will be charged 1.5% and attorney fee? And I did contact the collection manager, but because of their "professional" work nobody has contacted me yet. I think they are waiting for February 6th to send me attorney fees.Desired Settlement: change their hidden way of doing contract for all their customers

[redacted] one of the owners of Valpak of Central Virginia, has reached out to [redacted] in an effort to resolve this dispute. Mr. [redacted] indicated that he would be out of town during the beginning of this week (week of 2/9/15), and said he would call Mr. [redacted] toward the end of this week to set up a time to meet in person to find an acceptable resolution to the dispute. The dispute seems to revolve around the initial agreement signed by Mr. [redacted] on 9/19/14, which stated that his company, [redacted] would mail in the Valpak program for 12 consecutive months. The agreement further indicated that all mailings would be "print and hold," which means that two consecutive mailings are printed at the same time. The client receives a discount for utilizing print and hold, but cannot change the ad copy during the second month of the print and hold. It was clearly indicated on the initial agreement that [redacted] could not change their ad between the first and second mailings, because those mailings were printed together at the same time. Mr. [redacted] indicated that he would not pay for the second mailing and wanted to discontinue the agreement. This is a double-negative situation for us, because we mailed all of the mailings we were contracted to mail. Additionally, we doubled the distribution of the first mailing for [redacted] at no additional charge, giving them an extra 50,000 households of coverage for free, as part of their signing up for 12 months. [redacted] looks forward to speaking with Mr. [redacted] upon his return to the area later this week, and trying to work out a resolution to this dispute.
Review: First incident was with my first rep named [redacted]. She came to my work (not my business) after I told her I was not willing to do BUSINESS on the clock - on someone else's time. She continued to show up as well as call my work. This was highly unprofessional and bothered my employer as well as my co-workers. I finally had to ask for a new rep. The rep I got was [redacted] she was more understanding and professional but was continuously late to appointments - or just didn't show at all. [redacted] assured me when I did the Valpak that it was easy and would go off without a hitch. I received my fist Valpak envelop on around the 29th-30th of October. My husband went through the coupon and noticed ours was the only one that was flipped around - showing not our ad but instead the Valpak ad. This was the only coupon in the entire envelop that was flipped this way. I thought it was a mistake and ignored it until a customer came in and made a comment "I found your ad placed on the back of the Valpak ad - I almost completely missed it." This was not the last customer to make a comment like this so I checked some neighbors Valpaks and realized our ad was deliberately flip around to benefit the Valpak company in every single envelope. [redacted] had informed me after all this that she was no longer wor[redacted] with Valpak. After calling multiple time I finally got a hold of someone who said they are the owner of Valpak. This man was extremely rude and unprofessional. He went on to threaten me and said he would turn me into collections (I had already given my credit information once and thought it was paid). The only thing the man wanted to do was argue, he did not so much as even apologize. I figured that a company that deals with that many customers on a daily would have better customer service. I don't mind paying half - because there was work done but I am not willing to pay full because I just did not get what I was told - I was not even informed that they could use an I ad I paid for solely for their benefit.Desired Settlement: The proper settlement that would be fair for this would be to either charge me half - because they did not give my ad fair placement along with the rest as was promised. Or to run the same ad in the month of November FACED THE SAME WAY AS EVERYONE ELSE.
