AHS assigned Valley's Best to fix my A/C unit after was out for three days. Adam the tech got the job done within an hour and left with a smile. This company employs the best and lives up to its name " the Best" I truly appreciate their quick service respond, especially my thanks goes to Marlene the office Mgr who contacted me immediately and scheduled the work in the same day while other companies didn't respond, have no openings, or made the excuse which was worse than guilt by saying: we don't serve A/C units on two stories houses, Absolutely ridiculous answer.
It was my first time using Valley's Best, and it won't be the last. You all earned A++++++ today thanks again
1st tech came to my house and my husband told him before he left and called after he left to say the AC still was not working. He was advised you have to wait a few hrs; that passed and it still did not work. He came back and discovered now there was a failure and said he would order parts. I had to call the office several times to get an update and finally asked for a manager. Finally got it worked out and new part added. Unit still did not work so a 2nd guy came out again and discovered some other things and had problems they could not figure out. Now they submitted a partial report to my warranty company and tried to get it denied for improper install. My rep advised I have the coverage for that and it would be covered and to provide the full report for repairs needed. Tech never submitted that report and also never called back as he said he would to get it fixed and the system rewired. Horrible service in my opinion and would never recommend that. I have been without ac working properly for 10 days in AZ with a toddler with special needs, a baby, 2 dogs, and a husband who has medical issues and this actually put him in the ER.
