[** *** stated that if there was no loan accepted there was no charge & the deposit for 3rd party costs would be refunded. End of statement, there was no if this or costs for this or that. Only 3rd party costs such as appraisals, environmental surveys, title company... There were NONE of these costs & *** *** would have been paid had a deal come to fruiton. Your Answer Here]

Thank you for bringing this complaint to my attention. It is my pleasure to respond. ** *** hired an attorney and I previously responded to him. I am attaching the correspondence I previously sent. As you can see, the fee paid was clearly non-refundable. This
