The complaint attached to this email should have been removed by the customer because she is one of the ones that we were able to pay backShe received her Check a couple of weeks ago and it is cashed

We responded directly to the customer and are currently working through these issues in order to correct themWe have already corrected several of theseThis was a small oversight on our partThe salesman we had working with this person changed jobs and took this file with him for some reason
It's being handled as we speak

Landmark Roofing is no longer in business. We tried everything we could to save this business but were unable to do so.

We have already reached out to the customer to resolve this complaint as soon as possible.  We are waiting to hear back from him but are ready and willing to move forward immediately.  Thank you.

Landmark Roofing contacted me this afternoon and sent a crew out this evening to remedy the issue.  The repair was not exactly what I had in mind, but I think it will suffice.
