The issue here is that Modesto Irrigation District changed the financials of their NEM without notice to contractors. Municipalities got left off of CA law changes for net metering at the end of the year which enabled them to in essence eliminate NET Metering, but incorrectly kept the net metering...

designation. [redacted] is the Prime contractor and their proposal tool was used for all analysis. This is the other issue. This remained incorrect into the following year and yielded similar results, which are incorrect. Even today, it is not correct. As the subcontractor, we are currently working with [redacted] and [redacted] for a remedy to the situation.

It was go as plan and met the timeline schedule. They provided me a regular update throughout installation process. The company very customer focus and they are using there own employee for the work. I am very happy to used them and extremely pleased with their work and performance.

My husband and I were very happy and satisfied with our experience with Valley Solar. They answered all of our many questions to our satisfaction before we ever signed up with them. Their price was very competitive and their installation crew was great! It was a very positive experience over all and we would recommend them to anyone considering a solar install.

Review: I received a telephone call at my home number at about 6:00 pm from this company soliciting sales even though my number is on the do not call list.

I have never done business with this company and did not request any sales solicitation from it. Desired Settlement: That it honor the do not call list, and cease all such contacts with me and others on the do not call list.

We have searched our database and cannot find any record of this individual. The address is even listed as a commercial property. Can we be provided proof that the individual was called by our company? Also, if there is any other information that we can try and cross reference to see if they are listed under someone else's name that would be helpful or even a phone number. We only contact past customers of ours or an affiliates and the numbers are cross referenced against the do not call list if we have not yet done business with them. As part of the do not call list, numbers must be updated every 6 months to remain on the list.

With the phone number I was able to track down who it was. It is part of the client list from our partner Cal Pac Roofing. Cal Pac was a stone coated steel roofing company. We were partnered with them and developed a proprietary roofing attachment with them which enables the roofer and customer to maintain the life time roof warranty when WE install solar on that type of roof. No other installer has this ability to maintain the warrantee with them and we were letting the clients know that they could get solar now it they were interested and maintain the lifetime warrantee. Most have been told no for solar in the past or had to use an old style of attachment which could leak or at least void the warrantee.

My understanding of the do not call list is that if they had done business with them before. I figured since we were working with Calpac for years and calling on their behalf, that it would be welcomed in many cases which is what we have typically found. This complaint was a first.....and last.

Anyway, the resolution is this: We have deleted this individual's name off the client list. We will not call, mail, or do business with them....I promise. We have 1 individual who makes calls, but we are laying him off on Monday to ensure we don't pester anyone and will stick to occasional mailers going forward. The majority of our business is referral and repeats anyway.
